FREEDM Systems Center REU Program in Engineering

Program Overview

  • The Summer REU program offers a research opportunity to undergraduates from universities outside of the Center who are majoring in electrical and computer engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science engineering, computer science and related fields. The undergraduate student will spend 10 weeks during the summer conducting research at one of the s five partnering universities, experiencing different aspects of university research, and presenting their work at symposia. This program is open to U.S Citizens and permanent residents only. Women and members of under-represented minority population are encouraged to apply.
