Program Overview

  • The North Carolina A&T State University ADVANCE IT project is designed to address the systemic underrepresentation of women within its faculty. The project will holistically build a strategic pipeline to cultivate the academic and professional success of women, increase opportunities for all faculty thereby creating a whole campus culture of excellence, and increase the knowledge regarding the roles of gender and gender/race intersectionality within the academy. https://www.ncat.edu/advance/
